Strolling Sweets – Dark Chocolate Super Food
The RD’s at
Evangelical Home in Saline presented a strolling cart for February’s dark chocolate
Super Food. The Chef prepared fresh and dried fruits hand dipped in dark
chocolate.
Throughout the
building, staff, visitors, and residents enjoyed the Chef’s tastings and learned
about the nutritional benefits of incorporating dark chocolate into their diets. Everyone realized what a great pairing dark chocolate
and fruit are!
