Diversity Topic: A Tribute to our Chefs

The culture and heritage of Morrison Chefs is often reflected in the foods that are prepared.  For instance, the residents really enjoy dishes like strudel, potato pancakes, chocolate chip cookies, cheesecake, and Pacific Rim salmon.  They are all made from scratch.  In addition, all of the chefs are cross-trained to understand the specific guidelines to cook Kosher meals.  Passover is a particularly challenging holiday to make delicious and appealing foods without flour or bread.
