To
 celebrate their first year of operation and to show off their vibrant 
community to industry and community members, The Waters of White Bear 
Lake held a spectacular open house yesterday complete with tours, 
prizes, spa treatments and catering provided by the Waters Restaurant 
Group. Prospective residents mingled with current residents and team 
members to learn more about senior living at The Waters. 
As
 superior dining options are a key differentiation for The Waters, 
Dining Director Jack Carroll and this team created an appealing café 
display and served an elegant buffet spread with several stations. 
Visitors were impressed that all of the delicious food was made in house
 by the WRG culinary team. 
The menu included:
·        Fresh Fruit Kebabs
·        Asian Vegetable Spring Rolls
·        Shrimp Cocktail
·        Chicken Satay with Peanut Sauce
·        Chocolate and Vanilla Cupcakes
·        Beverage offerings included iced tea, lemonade, beer, wine and melon-basil-lime infused water.
Over 100 guests attended the open house.
