in the door?” In unison, the team responded with key items to look
for! As we
are gearing up for our annual state visit and Ecosure audit, Bruce
Bilbrey, General Manager, Hospitality Services at EHM Senior Solutions,
gets down to business with the team to review critical kitchen topics
with the team. Bruce and Amy (ADDS), along with
the RDs, meet with the hourly team each week to review areas of
improvement and team “wins”. The team at EHM are engaged in The
Hospitality Experience, dedicated to excellence in their account, and
“enriching the lives of seniors every day” in everything
they do.
