Brecon Village and the Memory Support Center at Brecon Village in Saline, MI hosted their annual holiday open houses on Sunday and Tuesday this week. The theme sleigh bells ring was highlighted in the décor and ice sculptures throughout which complemented the traditional holiday party menu.
The menu consisted of smoked salmon Boursin phyllo bites, artichoke stuffed mushrooms, grilled vegetable salad topped with a balsamic reduction, chicken bruschetta, holiday brie, pesto tortellini salad, 2-tiered fruit display, gourmet meat and cheese platter, shrimp cocktail, a ham carving station. For desserts the desserts at Brecon Village the country inn was highlighted as a "bake shop" with a display window. The dessert menu included coconut tarts, bananas foster, chocolate fountain, and a cream puff quartet.
It is always a busy time of the year but a fantastic time to highlight our team members and show off our team work during a flawlessly orchestrated party!
