EHM Senior Solutions - Sterling Heights held their annual Christmas Open House on December 16th and what a hit it was! From the décor, the live entertainment to the delicious food - the event was a huge success!
The Dining Services team led by Bruce Bilbrey and Amy Armstrong really shined with elaborate spreads in each of the dining rooms. Hors d'oeuvres featured spinach and artichoke dip with fresh baked pita chips, salami cornucopias, buffalo chicken bites in phyllo dough and cranberry chili meatballs. Entrée menu including carved roast beef, stuffed pork loin, duchess potatoes, shrimp and rice and a fresh vegetable medley. And finally an entire room full of decadent desserts - chocolate mint trifle, gingerbread bars, coconut berry trifle, peppermint mocha cupcakes, eggnog mousse shooters, Christmas swirl cookies and finally ice cream sundae bar with homemade cookie bowls.
