This month we featured Nuts as our Superfood, which packs a
punch of protein, fiber, vitamins and minerals. Our residents at Bay County
Medical Care Facility enjoyed the anticipation of the pecans being toasted in the
oven, while the sweet aroma filled the room. We made spiced chocolate covered
pecans which included chocolate, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, and cayenne. The
residents loved this month’s superfood snack!
