In celebration of the holiday season, we featured two
“better-for-you” recipes with a Thanksgiving twist! For our first recipe, we
put together a whole-grain classic stuffing with fresh onion, celery, garlic,
sage, and thyme. For the second recipe, we made mashed cauliflower as a twist
to the classic mashed potatoes. Our residents loved the parmesan cheese and
chive flavors. We discussed our own family traditions, favorite pies, and
favorite memories! This cook club was a great kick-start to celebrate
Thanksgiving this Thursday!
