Monthly Wye Valley Dinner from Cantata

On Wednesday January 16th at Cantata we held our monthly dinner for Wye Valley residents. We also had the pleasure of hosting Josh Osborne, Exec Sous of Smith Crossing as a guest Chef.

The menu for the event was three courses. We served up a fun take on Elotes as a hummus style dip with fresh tortilla chips, for dinner chicken and beef fajitas garnished with cilantro sour cream and avocado mousse alongside Mexican rice, then for dessert a wonderful rum tres leche cake topped with whipped cream and cinnamon.

It was a pleasure to have Josh with us for the day and dinner was a hit with the residents. I look forward to teaming up again in the future.
