Atriums shows off their catering talents

This past week we have had many catering events take place here at the Atriums. We first threw a surprise baby shower for our own John Legrand. The following day we started it off the weekend with a pancake breakfast. We offered topping off blueberries, pecans and even made oatmeal pancakes. We then provided sweet desserts for a Jewish Woman's Community Group that took place here as they brought in prospective residents. Then to kick off Chiefs season here, we held a taco party. Tacos made with flank steak, fresh guacamole and pico and grilled all at halftime and throughout the Chiefs game. A couple days later we through a Luau Party instead of our regular dinner service. This was our themed meal for the month and we even brought in a hula dancer. We then followed that up with a catering event for A Cure for ARS. Father Cullen, a resident here, headed up this event and we catered the hor d'oeurves and meal. Started with a cucumber tea sandwich and pita with goat cheese spread. Main course was a chicken salad with fresh fruit and croissant and for dessert a raspberry cheesecake. To see the smiling faces and happy residents was very satisfying and a wonderful experience for all of us.
