As part of Morrison's "Serving Smiles" campaign, we again created a cart to send out some Smiles and Positive Vibes.
The residents received Smiley Cookies and a Citrus Pineapple Punch, as well as other snacks. We also laminated small cards with inspirational messages that could be used as bookmarks etc. (thanks to activities for their help) The cart was taken to common areas and every room so all were able to enjoy.
It's important for us to give our residents something to smile about in this continued difficult time of Covid. Nothing can replace the good feeling that comes from a visit by family members, but until we can get back to normal... (hopefully very soon) we will continue to do the little things to help make our residents days a little brighter!
