Superfood at Hoosier Village

  

Our SuperFood at BHI Hoosier Village. We started with a panisse with a cilantro yogurt followed by Scottish salmon with sauteed asparagus and blistered tomatoes with a dill and lemon yogurt and finished with a chocolate lava cake with pistachio sand, and a home-made frozen blueberry yogurt with lavender. Yes, we used dry ice to make the frozen yogurt.
