In the skilled facility of Indiana Masonic Homes we have started Chef's Corner. We had a turn out of at least forty residents who enjoy this event tremendously. It was a great way to build our relationships together. For this event, I made a strawberry-cream sauce with a banana liquor to top chocolate ice cream with other assorted toppings.
