This is one of the servers who worked the 20th anniversary event at Park Centre
in Newton, IA on Friday. We had grilled hamburgers, grilled chicken, pulled
pork on texas toast with pickled onions, homemade brownies and a strawberry
shortcake station. Over 175 people attended the event from throughout the area
including local officials and the newspapers. Tours were given throughout the day
followed by a ribbon cutting ceremony and live music on the grounds!
