New Menu Tasting at Lake Forest Place


Each Tuesday is the start of our new menu in our main dining room. Right before service, the executive chef, sous chefs, pastry chef present their dishes and go over allergens, key ingredients and how the dish was prepared with the servers. The best part is we get to taste the dishes, make any recommendations or adjustments before the dishes are served to the residents that night. This empowers the servers to help residents make informed choices if they have special needs.
