“Savor the Flavors” continues to be a coveted event for staff and residents
alike.
As the demo has gained in popularity, the featured
ingredients have also changed, getting more exotic, and continues to push
boundaries of residents culinary experiences.
Our most recent event featured snails, “Escargot”. A product
that had never been offered at CBV, and all but one of our residents had never
tried them before. Not only did they bravely try them, many of the residents had
multiple servings, and asked that they be offered again on the menu!!!!
Great event, and next up… Alligator!!!
