As Chefs, we are responsible for a great deal, and often that means
setting aside time with our families, friends and personal time.

Recently, Chef Dave of Central Baptist Village participated in a course
on Chocolate making. The classes have proved to be a huge benefit, as
the kitchen has recently been asked to produce more items that include
high end desserts and candies. So find a skill area that needs some
attention, take a class, seek out a mentor and have some fun getting
better at your craft.
