A few weeks ago, the culinary and activities departments
joined together to host “Senior Spring Break” week. The week was launched with a Luau party that featured games,
giveaways and food that included “Mocktails” (Nonalcoholic cocktails).
Both teams coordinated a variety of “Spring/Beach themed
activities all week long and the culinary team featured daily specials that were
inspired by the tropics and Polynesian cultures and a “Mocktail of the day”.
The residents and the CBV staff loved the event.
