Diverse Thought of the Week: 100 Ways to Better Serve


This month Smith Crossing did the 100 ways to better serve your residents. We first went over the front of the house Order of Service module then asked the servers, cooks, and utility aides to come up with ideas to better serve the residents. We did this throughout the month. We got some great responses like go beyond just taking orders, get to know them, be concerned for their safety, prefect presentation, and personalize service.
