These photos taken today (9/14/12) at Weinberg’s Diversity Event. The
team decided to create a Mexican breakfast special. The special was a Mexican
Chilaquiles, which is fried tortilla with scrambled eggs, and served with
homemade salsa. We also served arroz con leche (rice pudding). The residents
really enjoyed the meal and the staff was excited to promote it.
