We had a special welcome back luncheon for the Sisters. Many of the Sisters come back during the school year to teach.
Our menu consisted
of the Classic Wedge Salad, Shrimp Scampi with Orzo Pilaf and Glazed Baby
Carrots, and for dessert Fresh Strawberry Shortcake. The plated luncheon was a
hit, several sisters asked for more plated meals in the future.
