During
a difficult time when husbands and wives are separated, joy can be found at
Oakwood’s Rehab facility. Dining Services Director Debbie Watt and her team
found a way to brighten up a couple’s day by creating an upscale menu and
offering it to residents celebrating their anniversary with a candlelight
dinner. Items such as shrimp cocktail and filet mignon are featured on the menu.
The couple receives service directly from Debbie who makes their dinner special.
On September 28, 2012 Mr. & Mrs. Rausch celebrated their
60th anniversary. Debbie and her team gave the Rausch family a day to
remember. A huge thanks to Debbie and her team for out of the box thinking and
keeping residents first.
