Layered Spumoni Cake at Four Seasons

 
Pastry Chef Kristen Mellis made an amazing Layered Spumoni Cake for our Brunch Buffet.
 
The Layers consisted of 1 layer devils food cake, 1 layer pistacio cake, & 1 layer Cherry Cake.
 
The cake was iced in whipped topping, bordered with pistacio icing, and topped with chocolate syrup and maraschino cherries.
