Employee Appreciation Lunch at Western Home

 
Western Home Communities celebrated their annual Employee Appreciation luncheon for 300 people on two campus's. This year we decided to go healthy with an Asian noodle buffet. The employees chose from a buffet of assorted proteins and vegetables, noodles or rice, finished with a choice of chicken, beef or vegetable broth to heat the proteins and to cook the vegetables. The buffet was finished with a chocolate fondue with fresh fruit, marshmallows and pretzel sticks.
