On Wednesday, January 9, 2013 Executive Chef Kris Van Houten  @ Wesley Acres produced this wonderful menu  for the Governor of Iowa, Terry E. Branstad.

                     boursin dauphinoise potatoes / grilled asparagus / beef demi 
 
              Rosemary Chocolate Torte
