Battle of the Chefs at Christian Rest Home


Executive Chef Grant Arnold and I have begun a "Battle of the Chefs" with our monthly board meeting dessert. Focused on "bringing comfort food to the next level", this months entry was Carmel Apple Cream Puff Swans, created by Dining Services Director Christina Bodanza (me!). Next month it's Grant's turn, and he informed me he is diabolically creating a treat that will make me bow my head in shame. We are including all our chefs in this competition, giving them a chance to create, compete, and conquer!
