Every Thursday night, we offer a complimentary Chef's Amuse Plate in our Main Dining Room. The Pork Kabob, pictured, was prepared by our Sous Chef who has been filling in and covering in the absence of an Executive Chef for the past four weeks. Great job to Isabella, our Sous Chef.
