On April 23 and 24, the Lieberman kitchen was closed for 2 days to replace old ceiling tiles and duct work. The project was scheduled to conclude by 12am on Thursday April 25.
At 1am on Thursday April 25, Executive Chef Fermin led a group of very hard workers, Virgilio Rarang, Justus Maithya, Romeo Foroda, Sam Belea, & Gus Galan to clean the kitchen from floor to ceiling and prepare food for home delivered meals and for the house. The entire kitchen needed to be ready by 5:30am to get close to 500 meals out the door.
The group worked very hard, diligently, and fast to get the kitchen ready. They did such a fantastic job that they deserved a HERO certificate! Great job and thank you team!
