Episcopal Church Home's Spring Meeting

 
Each spring and fall our Independent Living Residents have a meeting and dinner. This year they started their event with “Stock the Bar” to refill our bar stock and we included the following appetizers. Rabbit Roulade with carrot puree, Lobster Roll in squid ink cornets, baby artichokes with crab meat, cheese/fruit platter and beef wellington. The social hour was followed up with a served first course of pea with mint and country ham soup and fried green tomato salad. The entree was butter poached halibut with potato pave and vegetable. Dessert was a sparkling white meringue topped with fresh berries and lemon curd! What a party!
