Lieberman Center Celebrates Passover with Two Successful Seder Meals!
During Passover at the Lieberman Center, the Morrison Managment team and hourly Lieberman staff put together two nights of great food for Lieberman residents and their families! On March 25th and 26th, residents and their family members gathered in the Lieberman Social Hall to celebrate Passover.
The food - which consisted of Matzo Ball Soup, Beef Brisket or Cornish Hen, Kugel, Beets, Gefilte Fish, and Fruit Compote with Macaroons - was a hit!
The Morrison team responsible for putting together this successful array of food and fun included the Executive Chef Fermin, Sous Chef Justin, Director Katrina, and Assistant Director Traci. Rabbi Aron was also involved in much of the meal planning and preparation. The Morrison team would also like to thank the hourly staff that helped make the service aspect of these dinners fantastic!
