Above is our Diversity Board for the month at VSB. In honor of Earth Day we're come up with a "Garden of Growth." All of the servers are either a bee or butterfly and they pick a weed, something they need to personally work on or something to help the team, that they are going to fix or "pull". The weed is attached until they have fixed the problem. Once the problem is fixed they move up to the flowers. This gives our servers ownership in making VSB great.
