At the Indiana Masonic homes, our local congressman came for a luncheon. We
prepared a fresh spring mix salad with some summer vegetable toppings and a home made watermelon vinaigrette. The entree actually consisted of two proteins which
were braised lamb shanks paired with a mint demi glace and lobster tail stuffed
with a crab cake mixture. With a roasted new potato cake and a nest of summer
vegetables.
