On Wednesday, June
5th we hosted a traditional Swedish Dinner at Three Crowns Park
featuring Limpa bread, fruit soup (served hot), Swedish Potato, Ham & Pea
salad (served cold), Swedish Meatballs over Egg Noodles & Swedish Red
Cabbage and Warm Rice pudding topped with Lingonberries.
The residents raved
about how authentic the meal was and gave a warm appreciation to our new Chef,
Gus.
