Last week, the team at Dominican Sisters of Peace catered a reception for the
Dominican Sisters Assembly. It was a large event of 400 people that featured a
nice appetizer spread put together by Chef Andy Harker, Bobby Bell, Akiera
Tyson, Jason Clark and Aleta Black. The event was a smashing success with the
individual tiramisu cups being the most popular item. For the tiramisu, Andy
poured in a layer or chocolate sauce in the bottom of a shot glass, then added a
scoop of tiramisu and then topped it with a strawberry coulis.
