Three Crowns Park Resident Salad Contest


Three Crowns Park held a resident salad contest on June 26th.  The two recipes that received the highest marks would be served as our side salads at the Family Fest in July. 
 

The first tasting was Couscous, asparagus & feta cheese tossed in a balsamic vinaigrette; the second was Orzo with corn and vegetables tossed in a lemon zest dressing; and the third was bibb lettuce with mandarin oranges and diced avocado tossed in a Greek yogurt dressing. 


The winners were the Bibb lettuce and then the couscous salad.
