Monthly Celebrity Chefs at Episcopal Church Home

 
 
We are featuring our own cooks as the Monthly Celebrity Chefs. This month, Mark Carter was our celebrity chef making his version of Seafood Scampi. Mark did the dish exhibition style and the residents and their guests were thrilled! The recipe included shrimp, bay scallops, sautéed with fresh garlic, sea salt, parsley and white wine. The dish was tossed with fettuccini noodles. Fabulous!
