Part of the Diversity theme for the month of August, the Lieberman chefs
created fun and innovated smoothies for administration and staff to try.
The 5 smoothies were as follows:
- Ginger-Carrot Smoothie (pineapple, carrot, banana, ginger, coconut milk, yogurt)
- Carrot-Apple Smoothie (carrots, apple, cucumber, banana, yogurt)
- Spinach (spinach, banana, peaches, strawberries)
- Sweet Potato (sweet potatoes, pineapple, coconut juice, graham cracker, yogurt, banana, cinnamon)
- Cauliflower-Mango (cauliflower, mango, strawberries, banana, pineapple juice)
