We provide some of the food for the event. We provided a Nutella Chocolate Sweet Burger. We started by making homemade beignets. Next was a chocolate ganache "burger patty" made with Nutella and Dark Chocolate. The "cheese" was a peach gelee. And finally we topped the burger with a strawberry "tomato" and mint "lettuce".
The second item was a spicy braised beef with sautéed green peppers and onions. It was served over a polenta cake and topped with a blue cheese sauce.
