After hearing Kevin Svagdis speak at the Town Hall meeting, we set out
to catch the eye of the Board. Last week we got another opportunity
with Orientation for some incoming members. Chef Grant Arnold created
parmesan crusted panini sandwiches with side
salads prepared in a baked tortilla bowl. And for dessert, seasonal
comfort food to the next level, with red pears coated with caramel and
resting in a cookie shell spattered with chocolate. One of the members
was so impressed, they took a picture!
