On October 11th the Wesleyan Village celebrated it's own Oktoberfest to kick off our trip around the world, where it's residents from Independent, Assisted Living, Healthcare and our Adult Day Care enjoyed a luncheon featuring German food as well as Live Polka Music.
On the menu we served a classic Eastern European Cucumber Salad, Wiener Schnitzel vom Schwein accompanied with Braised Red Cabbage, German Potato Salad, and for dessert a Chocolate Black Forrest Cake.
