Traveling Chefs at the Robineau Community


On Wednesday November 6, the Traveling Chefs WOW'd the Robineau Community. This was the first rotation at Robineau and the residents truly enjoyed the meal and the show. They were so honored to have 4 chefs from Morrison came to their home. Because this was such a big event for them, the client invited the CJE videographer to capture every moment of the event. The dinner consisted of:

Lox salad stuffed cucumber with mustard aioli
Sun choke with pears and a crostini
Stuffed chicken roulade
Grilled wedged potatoes
Fresh sautéed green beans with red peppers
Blueberry beignets with almond crème en glaze and fresh berries
