On New’s Year Eve at Three Crowns Park we held a Black Tie affair (optional) but as you’ll see from the pictures we had many dressed to the nines. We had 72 residents attend with a few from Healthcare and our entire sheltered living area (picture with the ladies and my lead cashier) and fun was had by all. Dinner started with a mixed greens salad with fruit segments, nuts and a house made honey vinaigrette. The main course was a petite filet, small lobster tail with drawn butter, twice baked potato and steamed asparagus. Dessert was a mini lava cake. We toasted the New Year in with Champagne & entertainment. The reviews were wonderful and the residents are excited for our next event.
