Diversity Moment: Central Baptist Village

The February Diversity activity at CBV is as follows:

In the monthly staff meeting I discussed the American Heart Month.  I discussed heart health statistics and asked each staff member to write down what they are going to do for their own heart health.  I used these answers to create a Culinary Services Heart which holds all the ways we hope to promote heart health.  The staff enjoyed this activity and noticed that many had written down quitting smoking which gave them some partners in this process.
