Luck of the Irish takes over the SFAL dining room at the Western Home Communities


The dining room today on St. Patrick's Day at the Stanard Family Assisted Living was all a buzz.  From a delicious breakfast of french toast, to a dinner filled with irish favorites corned beef and cabbage, and a special treat of key lime pie, residents and staff were having a ball realizing that the true Irish spirit was around them.  They enjoyed their meals, lots of conversation filled the dining room, and lots of green was seen among residents.  This was a great way to so case another fabulous dinner, residents spoke of how delicious the food was and how some had never had the traditional favorite.  What a great way to so case a traditional dish, highlighting the chef's skills and to produce such a wonderful meal that residents will be talking about for some time to come.  The luck and love of the Irish was sure present today, and it showed on each and everyone of the residents faces in the dining room!
