Every month, the Executive Director at Central Baptist Village hosts a by invitation only luncheon for residents and staff. It's a special event that builds communication, fosters relationships, and allows our Chef to show off his skills.
While the menu changes with the seasons, and only offers scratch items including breads, pastas etc., Chef was not happy with the desserts. So being a Chocolatier on the side, he decided to offer a trio of truffles.
The truffles have been a huge success. Some of the feedback included reactions like, "I can't believe our Chef made these..." And, "... Some of the best Chocolates I've ever had..."
These events are a special event for everyone involved, and our Chef loves going the extra mile to create a great dining experience.
