Paris, City of Love, Kentucky Style

 

Our Paris event was highlighted by special fabulous food!  We started with Happy Hour featuring a Kir Royale drink with Chambord Liquor mixed with Champagne.  Charcuterie platters were offered on each table.  Each table had pictures of special places in Paris featured on them with descriptions written on the backs providing for great conversation between our residents.  Our staff wore pink sequined berets to match our pink and red theme along with love songs playing in the background.  Dinner featured Beef burgundy along with a featured scallop creation with baby roast vegetables of petit pans, asparagus, and zucchini.  Dessert was either crème puffs or crème brulee with fresh raspberries.
