At the Felician Sisters Michigan in Livonia the sisters enjoyed a heartfelt dinner (or at least a heart shaped dinner). The meal included cod (fish only of Fridays), a heart shaped dauphenoise potato, and balsamic roasted vegetables. The sisters loved the flavors but they really enjoy the extra touch of cutting the potatoes into heart shapes.
For dessert we included, from scratch Red Velvet Cake and Pink Rice Krispie Treats topped with white chocolate.
