Chef Cory Evans presented a Citrus Grilled Chicken Salad to residents at the United Presbyterian Home. The residents appreciated being able to see the salad prepared for them to sample before ordering it in the main dining room. One resident proclaimed that they planned to come to every presentation from now on; "the food is just that good!"
