The tone was set from the time we walked in the door, from
smiling, friendly faces, to the smooth tones coming from the speakers, to the
innovative beverage, lunch, and snack stations.
The first McFall regional meeting took place at IHM Sisters in Monroe,
MI on May 5, 2014 where we learned our new region mantra – “Always be positive,
constructive, and solution oriented”.
As we begin our transformation forward from May 5, we have 4
focus areas: Engagement, Retention, Revenue, and PBIT. Will you choose to be an eagle or a duck? Our region has been challenged to strive to
always do better with each new day, to engage all levels of our staff, embrace
accountability, and increase the visibility of our value. With this, we will drive results and
ultimately meet our 4 focus areas.
