Caribbean adventure at Episcopal Church Home


June 11th we started our Caribbean adventure with a tropical Happy Hour featuring a Caribbean Rum Punch and Mango Salsa with Tortilla chips. 


Dinner followed featuring:  Suckling Pig,  Red Beans & Rice, Okra & Tomatoes, Baked Plantains and Key Lime Pie. 

The room was decorated with scenes from the tropics, bowls of sand with lights, shells and jewels were on all the tables and the wait staff was decked out in grass skirts, flowers in their hair and very fancy shades!  The residents received flowers for their hair to round out the atmosphere.  Everyone had a great time!
